    I hope you got some rest last night because tonight there's plenty of action here at Del Mar.

    First of all,  I want to thank everyone who has listened my radio participation at "Del Mar Direct", with host Toby Turrell, at XX Sports AM 1090 (http://xsportsradio.com), from 9 to 10 am (12-1pm ET). It has being a pleasure to get in contact with all the horse racing fans throughout this radio show and this blog.

   Today there are 11 races and several activities around them.  

  

   One more time, the "Beer Fest" will be hosted at Del Mar! Over 100 specialty craft beers will be available, as well as some food trucks for all the hungry and tasty racing fans... yumm yumm!

    If you want to last until the sun is gone, you'll need lots of fuel, so I recommend that you do that because tonight is also concert night ... and what a concert we will have to end this meet! Ziggy Marley will be playing one more time during the Reggae Festival. I can guarantee you that you'll have a great time since this event is one of the highlights of the whole Del Mar season. As usual, concerts are are the seaside Stage after the races are over.

   Like I mentioned, today there are 11 races, including the Harry F. Brubaker and the Del Mar Debutante Stakes, where LIAISON and AWESOME BABY are the current favorite.
