   This weekend starts with a BIG racing day at Santa Anita: the BIG 'Cap. With 8 regular races and 3 featured ones, the race card is on fire, with purses that add more than $1.5 million... ooh, and there's already a Pick 6 carryover of $63, 000 that could go to $500,000 or more... pretty nice, huh?

    But if you think only horseman are having fun today, let me tell you that's not true at all. Santa Anita has a lot of activities for all the patrons that will be part of the 75th edition of the Big 'Cap.  Here are just of the thing that will be going on:

-   Free Big 'Cap Hat with paid entrance.
-   Best Dressed Contest (get $500 on a giftcard if you win).
-   Over 50 food trucks and 20 craft beers at the infield.
-   Live Music
-   Kid's Zone for the little ones (playgroud area).... and more!
